Early Sugi art had Feraligatr as slightly more teal than what you have here. Newer Feraligatr has slightly longer back spikes, and a slightly more Totodile-like height to its eyes, and MAYBE a thinner lower jaw (though that's not possible to determine through the art here, only mentioned because we see that in its sprites).... and thats about it.
Any other difference you see is attributed to it simply being in a different pose.
