Especially with the next nintendo console gamefreak should consider making a pokemon online mmo with the goal to have all pokemon and regions in it in the future with a subscription model like world of warcraft. They should get a second team working on that while the other team can still keep working on the normal pokemon games. I think that would satisfy most of the fanbase.
