In all likelihood? We're not getting DLC. Their business model of rushing out full games unfinished is too profitable. They've already said they don't intend to fix SV, why the fuck would they add anything to it?

Except we don't. They haven't actually announced it.

There have been tons of "leaks" and everybody is speculating we're getting an announcement later this month, but GF hasn't said shit about DLC. Just "future support", which could mean more tera raids given the number of unavailable Pokemon programmed into the game.

And hey, maybe we are. But we don't know that yet. Then again, it would be easy for them to charge $30 for a fifth uniform option and a "new" area using preexisting assets that has maybe 10 minutes of content. And then do it again. And again. And again.

i mean no it doesn't its only supposed to be the guardian of the ecosystem byt gamefreak shafted its potential connection with the mega stones (like eternatus and dynamax or necrozma and Z-moves) and a possible connection with AZ and the ultimate weapon perfect zygarde does look like a royal pokemon with a crown fitting for a king

Craziest scenario: "Build-your-own-Pokémon" where you can pick up to two types, with a moveset dependent on type.

In practice it would basically be an Arceus/Silvally that still gets to hold an item.

It may be just like SwSh so you could access it but to complete it’s story you will have to finish main storyline (same thing was with Crown Tundra, so you was unable to catch Calyrex before you finished main SwSh plot)

I seriously think they were planning for Zygarde to be an ultimate boss for Mega Evo just like Necrozma and Eternatus. I speculate that the 100% is actually a planned Mega evolution that was shafted into ability changing form since its already Gen7 by the time it was introduced (adding only 1 mega evo seems out of place).

No, they "literally" aren't. There's unfinished chunks of scrapped stuff, like how Toadscruel still has the data name for the canceled Gyarados it replaced. It might later get repurposed for something, but there aren't new Pokemon sitting unused in the base game.
