For the record here's the order I'm trying to go for: FireRed, HeartGold, Platinum, Black, Black2, Y, ORAS, and finally UM.

I scarcely hear bitching about FireRed, but theres threads on the catalog right now decrying Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, and sometimes Alola.
