Yeah, on my first play through of gold, him having ??? was such an odd thing and I wanted to tell the Police officer the right name.
It’s honestly kind to continue doing that.

HGSS made it so he drops his ID, giving you a better context reason to writing his name, but I much prefer the animosity

No, you steal it. HGSS made his interactions more wimpy and whiny to sell the narrative that he is just a kid lashing out at the world due to circumstances outside his control and they made his musical theme less aggressive too. I hate it so much, it makes him look like a bitch. It's like the change in Lance's script, they baby-fied it for no reason.
