The "it's too different from the previous tages is a stupid remark. But the tripod fighting stance it uses is nothing short of ridiculous. Would unironically be better without the swords and just using its horn for combat.

I don’t mind the sword gimmick but the the regional variant was an improvement in that area. Being able to draw blades before the eye can follow would seem better utilized on a Dark type

All they needed to do was make it use the horn on its helmet as a "sword" instead of making it pull out literal swords from its front legs and awkwardly flail them around while balancing on its hind legs.

it looks nothing like the pre evos. imo continuity is one of the most important thing when it comes to evolutions and samurott fails in that. I like samurott and especially the hisuian one, but the lack of continuity will always annoy me.
