it was expected as moving the spot system into 3d would definitely cause its own issues
but thanks to the gen 3 console RPGs, and of course BR, they already had ideas in place
the model was just slightly jank in proportions, but they spots were very carefully maintained, then came the gen 6 model change and even more slight adjustments were required
overall, i think they actually did a really good job with spinda
