>>53187363No. It's a pretty generic dragon that isn't even a dragon-type. If released now it'd just get lost among the hundreds of other pokemon and dozens of actual dragons. The only reason it's remembered at all is because it was one of the gen 1 starters, and specifically the most generically badass of them, and because it had that TCG card that everybody thought was "the strongest" because it did 100 damage (actually the card was shit because stage 2 evolutions too was too long to get on the field and unless you had a way to move multiple energy cards on to it you could only attack every other turn).
