It have the second highest base stat in the game behind Arceus, and the highest attacking stats that no other dragon type could compete (inb4 someone brings up Deoxys-A when I'm clearly talking about Dragon types). If I was to use Zygarde as an example, then yes, it would be retarded. But again, Pre-Gen 6 so, no megas, no crazy abilities, no inflated BST like Mega Rayquaza or Eternamax Eternatus.
