Does any Pladea character have an ancestor in PLA? These games were made at the same time so I would be surprised if they didn't.
I didn't play SV and I probably won't but I'm curious. What are your candidates?

Makes sense since Sycamore is Rowan’s pupil and his signature pokemon is Garchomp. Sycamore definitely has ties to Sinnoh.

Pretty sure Melli is Penny’s ancestor, they have the same eye shape and her hair colors combine to be his. Plus they’re contrasting personalities, one is loud, brash, and annoying; the other is quiet, shy, and annoying.
