There is 0 evidence an algorithm was used for generating the colors, you are confusing color palettes being called by the memory. Every palette was specifically designated for each shiny. The algorithm calls the memory location, it doesn't create the fucking colors you mongoloid.
Not to mention Gen 3 changed a bunch of shinies since it doesn't call palettes anymore, it just loads a fucking sprite, Slowpoke and Slowbro for example don't have the same coors anymore, while others like Magnemite no longer has the same color on its tips as the regular one, in fact, no algorithm can explain Regular to Shiny Magnemite in Gen 3 and beyond.
