The comparison is kind of funny between two versions of games versus one. There are many who take both versions. For example, SV has exceeded 20 million sales, but they create this "illusion" that there are two versions. If it was one version it would be under 15 million in my opinion.

There being more versions of the same gen doesn't magically increase the sales.
