>>53210085I really want a region based on Canada. Both regions that are very one with nature have warmer, more tropical climates (hoenn, alola), so I'd love a colder region that lives in harmony with nature.
I don't think an entire region based after the aurora borealis area would work, but I think having that area be the northern area of a region would be great. The southern area could have lush forests, plains, and farmlands, then the northern half could have harsher, more wintery climates, with the most northern area having visible auroras. It's hard to explain but I do think it could make for interesting region.
