Why do you play as the girl, /vp/? As a boy, I always play as the boy because it represents me and enhances immersion in the experience.

Don't believe me? Look at any platform where people are not anonymous. The pipeline of playing as a girl to coming out as transgender is unilateral everywhere but 4chan where people claim to do it so they can look at her ass.

After my experience with XY, it was the lack of customisation options for male protags that I chose to play the girl in the Gen 7 games. That, and Chicken is ridiculously cute.
