Yes. I was super autistic about this move and soft reset a bunch for HP Fire or Ice. So glad I don’t have to do that bullshit anymore. Fuck Smogon for always being faggots and demanding you have HP Ice and some event/move tutor exclusive move from Gen 3 for certain mons just so they can be optimal.

imo it was too much of a crutch for pokemon not being given coverage, and also really just let some pokemon beat things they probably shouldn't have, it's why i like tera a lot in theory since it's more of an investment to win certain matchups even if changing a tera type is aids

it was perfect
rock and ice and electric were great for any target and ground is so op i had two of them have that type. then normal for the last slot for an allrounder, and this team was basically perfect

this is why frostbite was lame in PLA when it because just a special burn. It should have been an offensive oriented status, i.e. lowers special defense instead of special attack. We don't have any statuses that encourage wall-breaking yet. But I suppose it doesnt matter now that freeze is back in SV.
