This shit fucking sucks.
Even with some solver figuring out half the work for you you're always gonna get fucked by RNG, especially on level 7.
How do people like this shit?

in fact, just from the numbers on the sides, i can tell you
-red column, green row, and orange row are all safe, so you can flip them. most of them will be 1s that do nothing, but two tiles will be a 2. that's 4 coins off the bat.
-ignore purple row entirely, every tile there is either a 1 or a voltorb.
that's about half the board locked down already and 4 coins guaranteed. and if you knew this you wouldn't have clicked on that voltorb tile and gotten fucked.

It's fun. It's better than the 100% rng slots at least. It can indeed come down to a guess but a lot of the time judgement can save you, and there's a surprising amount of insight you can gain even without a solver if you're smart and have enough brain power. The music that plays in the background helps, I've lost hours to playing here. It also really helps that you can only gain coins and not lose them, and if you're good and lucky then you can easily get 1000+ coins in one go.

Oh, I understand it. I understand that it provides the illusion of skill but in reality it is 95% luck, and you can't buy your way past it, so unlike the slot machines of early games you are forced to grind it for hours on end just to get a single TM.

You can know literally everything there is to know about the board and still be forced to guess on a 50/50 chance of a bomb because of the way the system is designed. When it takes multiple rounds to earn any meaningful amount of points those odds stack against you quickly.

The game accounts for this, if you lose on a guess that you couldn't have possibly known given the info you have then you'll drop less levels if any at all. If you lose a guess that you could've known or that was obvious given the info you had you drop WAY down, often to 1 in the latter case. It's a pretty fair game in this way
