Xerneas and Yveltal are borne of the space rock candy that made mega evolution
The boxart legendaries are Paradox Pokemon, therefore made by the imagination of a pokemon from Space

Kyurem's original form is implied to be an alien and if there's a giant crater in Paldea it most likely came from a meteor. I have no clue how gen 6 is space though.

It created Mew to be the genetic progenitor of all Pokemon. It isn't actually part of the whole God package, it's just the delivery vehicle. The weird shape-shifting fetus mother that birthed the entire Pokemon species into existence.

It's like the weather trio. They have a job to do as per God's plan, but aren't actually part of a divine being.

It's also said it's just a rumor. Kyurem's Pokedex makes no such mention, and it could be explained by other means, since it IS the leftovers of the original dragon.

Kyurem was literally stated as being apart of the original dragon in the first game.
There is exactly ONE NPC who mentions a rumor about that, and Pokemon has consistently shown that any rumors about legendaries espoused by NPCs are only partially true.

Rumours in fiction are almost always true
If an NPC in a game says "it's rumoured that XYZ" then there's a 99% chance XYZ will end up being true because game writers are lazy hacks

Also, the only "extraterrestrial" Pokemon found in the chasm are Lunatone and Solrock, and that's a stretch.
Just because you find something in a crater doesn't mean it's extraterrestrial, otherwise Golbat is confirmed to be exterrestrial.

It was super obvious even before BW2 that Kyurem and Reshiram/Zekrom were related, and the theory was that they probably all come from the same creature, because Kyurem was all fucked up looking. The Original Dragon was probably inside of the meteorite and looked like Kyurem.

I mean, this was because dataminers found Fusion Flare + Fusion Bolt + Freeze Shock + Ice Burn as legal moves on Kyurem the second BW released lol. While it's obvious the legendaries were related, because they always are, the nature of their relationship wasn't really indicated by the in-game story or lore

Reshiram and Zekrom were the only two CONFIRMED to be apart of it(in the first game,) but Kyurem is the only legendary following the pattern, so logic dictated that they were all apart of the tao trio.

This whole Kyurem debate is stupid. There's an NPC in the Japanese versions who suggest that Kyurem is the corpse of the legendary dragon, alongside with the one that claims that Kyurem came from a meteor.

Giratina was also send away by the master for being too dangerous to have around just like that, but Tina still returns when everything else fails, when mind (the red chain) is failing/missused, when violence is the only solution.
At least in Platinum Giratina seems to appear the moment god would snap at Cyrus for fucking things up
