I forgot I need to get a Jumbo one in SV now that there's size variations. I couldn't stand his manlets base form in SwSh. Grimmsnarl is a real good design because it gave us the long needed Goblin/Troll archetype Pokemon and although I vastly perform Impidimp and Morgrem's designs, Grimmsnarl get's the job done. This gen we got the Tinkaton line which is based on gender bent fantasy dwarves known for being ironsmiths and that was also a really pleasant surprise. Fairy types are on the come up these last 2 gens.

Fairy pokemon are clearly meant to represent classic medieval depictions of fairies where fairies are literally any folktale creatures and even if they are cute they most likely assholes or tricksters.
And goblins fitting in that idea just perfectly, so I’d say it is (you) who don’t understand what fairy type stands for.
