Everybody loves the jungle route in Hoenn that's this exact idea. Maybe the snow route's just shit, ever consider that?

I'm not asking why the snow in the route slows you down. I'm asking why game devs add slowing mechanics to games in general. It's realistic to have to piss regularly, but most games don't have piss meters, because that adds nothing to a game.

I love Sinnoh/Platinum. I prefer it way more than any Hoenn game, despite starting with Sapphire. But I played Emerald all the way to the Hall of Fame recently, and that route right after you beat Norman/leading to the Weather Institute is fun as fuck. It's REALLY good.
