Would you rather delete Alola and Paldea or delete Kalos and Galar? I want to know how fans of regions overlap with their preferences.

I don't like Paldea, but I don't want to delete Alola. And I like Kalos more than Galar as a region inspired by European fantasy.

Deleting Galar would be a favor to everyone, and Alola is a fantastic region with great mons/characters.

Just Paldea if possible. Sure, I hate a lot of gen 7 Pokemon, but it introduced Golisopod, and there's no such thing as having too many cool-looking bug Pokemon. I don't see the same appeal in Lokix, which is why I'm okay with 9 getting deleto.
But if I had to follow the rules you set I'd delete Galos and Kalar. Frosmoth is disappointing, Orbeetle is just ugly.

Also to be honest I don’t really care about Alola, but Kalos and Paldea are pretty good atmosphere-wise

i have an emotional connection to greninja and mega evolutions, and galar has the best dex out of the 3d games

alola and paldea are cool, but paldea is too new for me to feel attatched to it and alola has my second least favorite dex

You say that, but people have spent months talking about the return of Mega Stones and Kalos lore as a DLC.

I'd say Kalos is the region I'd miss the characters and Pokemon the least. Missing Shauna and Meowstic is a loss but a lot less than the other 3. It's a shame to lose out on all the Gloria/Marnie art though

Kalos and Galar. Megas were cool but since they were just a temporary gimmick may as well do away with them so Sableye and Mawile can get actual evos. I also did not like brapmaxing while regional evos were pretty cool (though the exclusive kanto wank wasn't).

Kalos and Galar, mainly due do Galar: worst story, dumbest villians, barren tiny region, no identity outside of CHARIZARD, ugly dex, worst gimmick. and starting Dexit.
Shame that Kalos gets fucked, I don’t have anything against it but I don’t care about it enough to save it. Also Megas were a decent idea that was executed in a godawful way, making it the 2nd worst gimmick

I dislike both generations enough that I wouldn’t mind their games being completely gone, whereas I still replay XY frequently due to things like the roller skates, megas, and the massive diversity of its routes and genuinely fun first-to-second gym stretch.
Galar sucks ginormous donkey dick, but at least if it stays and the other two go then “gimmicks” would be limited to completely new forms for old Pokémon and Gigantamaxing could maybe be held up on its own merits by being a cool alternate “kaiju mega” instead of a very obvious ‘necessary’ third gimmick

Not like this matters much since I’d just stick to the first four or five generations anyways, but regardless.

Kalos and Galar with no hesitation. I hate how completely unfinished and incomplete Kalos feels to this day. It's such a botched and rushed generation. Galar feels more well thought out, but the games are so badly designed it doesn't really matter anyway.

Alola and Paldea both have the advantage of being the second gen on their respective console, so they feel more fleshed out and ambitious as games rather than being guinee pig games to test out a new system like XY and Sword&Shield were.
