The seizures were caused by missiles exploding and making flashing colored explosions
The most dangerous scene is the one at the end where pikachu causes missiles to explode up close with a thundershock and you can see red and blue light flash on the whole screen for a few seconds.

1. It was Pikachu who caused the stobing light effect, not Porgon.
2. Why ban Pokemon at all because of this? It was the animators fault, not the fault of a Pokemon. It was a random stobing light animation effect, not some inherent part of a Pokemon.

I swear the Pokemon brand is managed by retards.

NTA, but I only posted the GIF after hearing that photosensitive epileptics can wear an eyepatch to prevent fits. Something something seizures are just the two hemispheres of your brain yelling really loudly at each other in different languages, "can't have a fit if only one eye is receiving the signal/both eyes are not receiving the same signal".
