>>53246322Apart from mostly different tile sets (roofs, signs, buildings, paths, fences, etc.), Cerulean Cave's layout is different between RG, Blue, and Yellow. FRLG follows the RG design. There's no difference in other layouts. In terms of other game differences, Blue has a mix of RG's encounters. For example, RG have several pairs that aren't version-exclusives, but are more common in one version over the other.
