Brazil is too big to be a region, the region would probably just be a mixture of a part of São Paulo, a part of Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro. And there would be a desert in Minas Gerais and the snow area would be either the Serrana Region in Rio de Janeiro or in a part of São Paulo.
