>>53257681>stone evoWhen I was younger, I would experiment with evolution stones all the time. As long as the stone's type matched the Pokemon's type, I would try it. That's how I was able to figure out how to get Arcanine, Vileplume, etc.
I don't even play Pokemon anymore, but if I did without looking it up, I would have no way of knowing that you can get Leafeon & Glaceon with stones (which wasn't possible in gens 4-7), or that Nosepass can evolve into Probopass with a Thunder Stone (also not possible in gens 4-7).
