Not even Speed Boost or something like that.
It's move-pool is shallow too.
Swap the SpA and Speed stat.
Give it more Head and Horn based moves.

As for it's ability, Fur coat should have been mandatory as it's first ability then Sheer Force and Sap sipper.
The other Hisui formes/evos aside from Thyplosion thankfully didn't get fucked by GF.
