Realistically, Ash would probably go for somebody like Millefeui or Anabel when he'd hit puberty.
Out of those 3, Latias has the best actual romantic chemistry with Ash. She'd have to elevate Ash a lot to her level as a Legendary deity and an aspiring artist and I don't honestly think Ash is sophisticated enough for that.
Neither Misty nor Serena really connect with Ash, they're both too short sighted to see the scope of his worldview.
If I had to choose between them, I'd go for Serena since she actively puts in a lot of effort into their relationship. Misty x Ash is a meme tier ship, there's no actual erotic tension like with Serena and personality wise Ash would always feel overwhelmed by Misty's loud behaviour, eventually he's get bored really fast of being with her while Serena would actually change in any way possible to keep up a healthy and interesting realtionship since her dedication to Ash is way stronger.
Serena is the tradwife choice.
The real answer is that when people hit the age of 15~18 they usually change their personalities a lot so it's impossible to predict who would end up with who since by that point an average teen would have a whole different context of dating and love, mostly based on sex so Ash by then would probably go for a girl that suits his actual taste, like Giselle/Hilda/Rosa/Leaf/Gloria.
When he'd reach 30, his dating priorities would switch once again, etc.
out of those three, Serena is the best choice for the kind of Ash we see.
Ash dating Latias would require him to change his interest and personality a lot.
Ash dating Misty would result in him becoming a Tracey-esque boring guy in a couple of years.
Serena on the other hand would support all of Ash's passions and goals
