Using agile to get more turns, strong style to finish things off and make your inaccurate moves more accurate. Megas, Zmoves, Dynashit, and Tera didn't give me that same feeling at least in game. And for competitive Tera is probably the only one out of the 4 that actually made the meta feel more fun for both VGC and smogon singles.
