DLC 1 focuses on Paradoxes and the third legendary. It has both a pre- and post- game storyline.
The regular one is connected to either PS (Rippled Tide, Water/Dragon) or PV (Iron Maranta, Grass Psychic) . They are the guardians of the the Area Zero Entity, called ゲンゼン. It's not exactly a turtle, seems like a combination of different reptiles. The Entity has similar relationship to the Third Legendary, as Arceus the Deity has to Arceus the Pokemon. It is known as the Dream Seer and it is connected to the Dream World, which transcends time itself. The Third Legendaries Pokemon (there are two "good" and "bad" one) are manifestations of its dreams. One is curious and wants to make the dreams of people and pokemon come true, while the bad one wants to expand past Area Zero, but it feeds on people's belief.
In the climax of the post-game DLC the Entity raises a huge crystal mountain in the middle of
Paldea.
DLC 2 is focused on a field assigment near the Kalos border, related to a festival celebrating Kalos and Paldea and their common past (it features new regional and convergent forms). The celebration gets interrupted by a Fifth Treasure of Ruin, based on Emperor's Crown. We are going to help Zygarde to gather its cells and stand against this threat. Also there will be a questline related to Carbink, allowing you to catch Diancie in the end.

Both DLC will bring back around 300 mons in total.
There will be around 30-ish new things, including new Paradox Forms, Regional Forms and Few Convergent Ones.

Steel/Fighting Past Metagross and Dragon/Psychic Kommo-o.
Past Paradox form of an fictional ancestor to all three Elemental Monkeys and Future fictional succesor to all three Hitmons.
There is also a Water/Psychic Swanna, based on Ballerina and a convergent pokemon to Mr Mime, called Mr Krime who is Dark/Poison and based on burglar. It has a very funny running animation (think Sudowoodo) and it uses smoke bombs to run away from you.
