I showed my 10 year old niece a picture of Charizard and she knew what it was. Then I showed a picture of Tepig and she said, “What’s that??”. Its over dude. Kanto is just so legendary, it will be remembered for the next 1000 years. Charizard and Pikachu will be placed in art museums to display the peak of Japanese art design.

Charizard at it's peak was more popular than Greninja, anime included.

Like yeah I'm tired of seeing the same Pokemon everywhere but I'd pick Charizard over all of the modern fursuit starters every single time
