>>53305786What's funny is that had been in Gen2 it barely changing won't be so weird since many early gen mons are like that, and it would have actually justified Dunsparce being so rare since would it balanced by having a 520 BST evolution with a godly movepool. But I guess Game Freak though giving sabotaging Gen 2 by wasting dex slots with worthless babies that everyone hates was more logical at the time.
