>>53324336and those regions were added to pokemon go a couple months ago. you spin pokestops or gyms to get gifts that hold postcards with location data. that data can be saved to a new feature in the mobage to collect vivillons from the different regions, so you don't have to travel yourself. you just need to add people that live in those regions or cheaters that spoof their gps to those locations to get the gifts.
