So I just got her - do you think we'll ever see the cooler Beast Fusion from the book, or will we just get Paradox Raikou/Entei to complete the trio?

I used Azumarill with the typical belly drum / play rough / shell bell build, I also took Light Screen. Had no issues doing it solo, so you should be fine in groups
