Dicks are as variable as puss and just like there are some that can't stand blowjobs, there are some that hurt themselves fapping without lube, or some that don't mold well to a specific puss and the experience is sour. Similarly, the mouth is not intended for having dick inside it so someone that doesn't know what to do with it will make it awkward for everyone involved.
