Scarletfag here on a rant: I wish they had done something more interesting than just robotmons. They could’ve thought of other materials like plastic, or iron textures that are not simply chrome, like that on forge tools. They even could do biological-future-themed (?) mons, think of the difference between wolves and pugs. And even then, they could’ve tried to make these a little more varied in shape, not just “same pokemon but robot”.

Blogpost aside, I still like what we got, specially Iron Moth and Iron Wheel.

Absolute wasted concept, and I fucking love Mecha shit, future shouldn’t have been just “the same but a robot”, should have been actual potential future adaptations of pokemon, the only one that really makes sense is Donphan

People be hating too much on Future Paradoxes. I actually like the idea of "Pokemon but robot" because there's very few actual robots in this series to begin with. Even the ones you think are robots like Magneton are just aliens with metal body.
