it's honestly really fun, super clean and smooth gameplay, great pacing, self-directed for the most part since progress is determined by the player. the research task system is awesome. the shiny hunting is great. the pokedex looks amazing. i honestly love this game.

PLA with pokemon being mean fuckers attacking the player fulfilled an old children wish that i had. Even if it's edgier than normal pokemon still is more interesting to catch some pokemon being stealthy than only just spamming pokeballs. It's a perfect system? Of fukcing course isn't! But i would be lying if i said this game wasn't fun to complete.
