PU's not rich in defoggers either, with the Oricorios Fire/Psychic and thats kind of it. Maybe Quaxly, kind of like a more offensively oriented Prinplup from back in some other low tiers.
The only Gen 9 Pokémon left in PU are Scovillain, Wugtrio, Squawkabily, Oinkologne and Rabsca. Yes, Spidops is NU.
My experience as a PU player back when that tier was a lot weaker a few gens back tells me Scovillain might find his spot, manual Sun Victreebel was very strong in low tiers and got banned eventually from I don't remember which tier. If anyone wants to run the Hustle gamble, Squawk might not be the worst thing ever,with a speed tier good enough to be good against what I expect to be dominant, like Rotom Frost (Usually really good in these really low tiers).
Houndoom feels out of place in the tier, not sure it'll stay. The Oricorios too are really strong wincons even with their typing.
It'll be a neat tier, Dexcut really enables a power level in these lower tiers that's akin to Gen 5 or 6, I like it. I dropped PU when it felt like I was playing NU.
