>Geodudes, native to perilous mountain regions across the globe, reproduce in a peculiar way not seen in other Pokémon to date. When a suitable female is found, the male charges with reckless abandon in order to secure his mate. In high-density Geodude areas, this action combined with a large population results in an rockslide phenomenon. Aspiring trainers are warned against traversing mountains during the mating season. Once dominance has been established, the male uses his immense strength to poke around the inner rock of the female's body. When a stone of attractive size and shape is found (though what constitutes attractiveness is unknown), the male pairs it with a rock from his own core. The two combined, the mates scrounge for loose dirt and encase the offspring in a cocoon of earth. With the egg formed, the male departs, leaving his partner to care for the young.
>In the case that a sexually frustrated male cannot find a suitable female, there are rare recorded instances of aggression towards humans. If the trainer is female, the Geodude attempts to knock the woman off of her feet, and crudely attempts to find a female core pebble in her genitalia. After he finds the pebble isn't there, he quickly runs off in search of a true female.
>Male trainers, on the other hand, are violated further. After the initial attack, the Geodude disrobes the male and attempts to search the human's groin for the elusive pebble. His search eventually leads him to the testes, of which he will mistake for the rock. A 'mate' found, the Geodude softly places his stone on top of the scrotum, piling dirt on the ground until the human's testicles are encased. Pleased in his successful mating, the Geodude leaves his conquest where he lay.
