The only fully-evolved Gen 9 Pokemon in PU right now are:

Turns that being one of only three fully-evolved Pokemon in SV to learn Sticky Web (the other two being Masquerain and Kricketune) was enough to keep Spidops out of PU. It at least has a niche unlike the mons listed above.
