Why do they have names?

Koraidon and Miraidon have “normal” names, apart from their paradox names (Winged King and Iron Serpent). Does that mean that the rest of paradox Pokémon have real normal names?

the REAL professor named them since they had a bond the IA professor doesn't have a bond with other paradoxes so they don't even waste time in giving them names only calling them by codenames

Wouldn’t it be the other way around? Every Pokémon should have a name, and the professor could give them a code name in any case, but their normal name should be there anyway

No because Heath's book was published around 200 years before the professors got to AZ and the Paradoxes were named in that (Including Winged King/Iron Serpent). The professors renamed the box legends, due to bonding/studying them but didn't with the others, so just used the book names for them (they were a side-effect, rather than the focus of their research).

kinda interesting though, to bring back ultra beasts it's as easy as saying "an ultra wormhole randomly appeared!"

but the paradoxes are so specifically tied to the tera crystal-powered time machine that they'd have to provide an incredibly contrived explanation to have them appear in another game natively (not just Home transfer, if they don't get dexcut at all)

Not really, I mean we literally had a game where time distortions would open up at random and bring present day and prehistoric pokemon to Hisui.

I'd argue an ultra wormhole is more of ba stretch.

Assuming Terapagos can summon them without a time machine, I don’t think any crazy explanation will be needed in later games.
There could be a one-off sentence (“a crystal turtle was spotted in the area these Paradox Pokémon appeared!”) or, more likely, they’ll just not say anything and fans can explain it away as Terapagos summoned more/they escaped from Area Zero and ended up wherever.

Nigger, Mewtwo was a unique creation, right up until Gen 4 when they re-added it to HGSS, because all legends get brought back for VGC (and let's not forget the Gen 5 Mewtwo movie used a new OC female Mewtwo, despite Mewtwo already existing in the anime).
The answer is simple, if they want to bring them back, they will.
