Why are there level 40+ Stage 1 Pokemon out roaming around in Scarlet and Violet's "open world"? The leveling makes no sense.
Should be:
>1st evolution stage Pokemon appear in the wild at lvls 1-20
>2nd stage appears lvls 20-40
>3rd appear at lvls 40+
Should be:
>1st evolution stage Pokemon appear in the wild at lvls 1-20
>2nd stage appears lvls 20-40
>3rd appear at lvls 40+
