She's tall, but not that tall. As you said, she is taller than some adult male NPCs, but not all. Hassel is really fucking tall, he'd probably be at least 190cm IRL. I think Nemona is around 175cm.

I thought she was about 16, and the MC around 13. Some people say the MC is 10 but the female MC has small breasts so they can't be that young.

Tbf sometimes it feels like teenagers are getting shorter and shorter, though it probably depends on area. I visited my little bro’s high school and some boys looked like sub-5 feet tall 6th graders. Even the senior dudes in my high school days were mostly manlets

Saying that characters are 10 is basically a meme at this point just because Ash was 10. I'd say most the time it's ambiguous on purpose so people can define it themselves
