One of the scariest scenes in all of Pokemon, literally nothing any shit villain in this franchise has ever done has ever come close to how intimidating and frightening Kyurem is by that one scene in GtI. Or just how Munna/Kyurem aren't even necessarily evil, just depressed, hateful Pokemon who have given into despair and don't want to see the apocalypse averted for a world that's made them bitter.
When you compare that to Explorers and Darkrai being a one note generically evil piece of shit who appears for 5 minutes in the fucking postgame and people praise that game for its dogshit writing it's actually infuriating.
