I know it's almost impossible for this to happen. However if GF decides to launch a "Pokemon collection" containing every main game from Kanto to Alola with Home compatibility would you buy it?

Knowing GF behavior if they decide to do this it would be 2 collections with each one containing one of the two games in each gen (or 2 of 4 in case of Unova), the collections probably wouldn't contain third versions and each collection would be like 200 dollars

The only Pokémon game that has ever been worth buying is Legends: Arceus. Every single other game requires a romhack to be acceptable since you're always getting an incomplete experience otherwise.

I'm not interested in a digital only solution. I have physical carts for gens 1-7 and that is the only thing I trust. What they should have done is release Pokemon Box 2 where you can store all your Pokemon on a physical cart. I doubt the Switch even knows how to write to the game card.
