Roaring Moon is (often) used as a physical setup sweeper, Hydreigon is a special wallbreaker. Special Dark is very strong, that alone would be enough to set them apart. Theyre both OU atm.

Also, Iron Jugulis' biggest problem design wise is that its tiny as fuck making it feel like a toy. If it was bigger like past paradox mons, itd be fine. Its the difference between Mecha King Ghidorah vibes, and bionicle vibes. As is, it changes just about as much as most future paradox mons.
