Is Kyurem the most evil Pokemon? It doesn't represent any quality or component of life, but is simply an empty shell lacking a purpose, a bastard if you will. Most of it's appearences depict it as cruel, brutal, and willing to kill without a second thought, not in a feral way, like how a lion attacks an antilope, but in a more cold, calculated, ruthless way. With all of this, you wonder why it isn't a Dark type.
