Is there a term those jokes describing two things that starts with "one is" and gives a description that most would assume belongs to 'thing X' and then ends with "the other is [thing X]", where the joke is that the description is meant for 'thing Y', like this OP post? I can't find similar kinds of jokes by Googling "one is the other is", but I know such jokes pop up occasionally and I think there should be a term for it
