I mean, the games are easy enough to beat them while being like 15 levels under leveled if you use the stat boosting items like x attack and defense properly. Also EV train a bit.

This anon gets it. I'm in the middle of Sword playthrough and I have 15+ Pokemon in rotation. All of them are EV trained from the vitamin vending machine on IoA. It's incredibly comfy.
