Actually gallade proportions where fucked up during the transistion to 3D simular to alot of other pokémon.
His legs are too wide apart from where they should be and becomes jaring the longer you look at them and his face is also wrong with his eyes on the sides of his face like a goat instead of being centered like Its og art being covered by his hair. His official art stays true to the design with his legs being more centered like a human male’s hips since they are small. The pants part is based on noblemen of the shakespearing era.
Just another example of groomfreak being lazy as usual.

Gamefreak doesn't know how to do 3D stylishly.
They have amazing models, but their animators just don't know how to give them personality.
Whoever animated for the 3rd gen spinoff games did it right. Every pokemon had so much personality in their animations.
It sucks that literally everyone is better with their IP than Pokemon themselves.
