that shit is so dumb. The sportswear in swsh was already really bad but the school uniform is ugly and nonsensical. If you can RP just keep it inside the school, but you have no reason to wear that shit outside. and rememeber it's not a manpower or technical limitations, since all NPC use the same character engine and models as you. It's just a dedicated game design choice.
