It wasn't bad, but it was strange to include as the credits song
Especially when most of the OST was littered with leitmotifs throughout and then this just exists completely detached from all of them

The song is fine, I just don't understand what it has to do with the game. He specifically wrote this song for the game, why is it just a generic love song?
Who are the lyrics referring to?
And why didn't he actually refer to any themes of the game like treasure?
It just doesn't make any damn sense.

me too but the faces are so horrible and ruin the video lol. dont get why its so hated (unless people consider it a spit in the face cause of pokemon being garbage now). its just a generic song. the collaboration was not needed though. that money could have gone into the .. well fucking games instead of a forgettable song.

It's a oretty generic song. Nothing offensive, but it also has nothing to do with the actual game. I guess so it can play in the radio without normies cringing.
At least it was only unrelated to Pokemon, and not "about the sex tho".
